Administrative Assistant

A critical role in the back-office functioning of our firm, the Administrative Assistant helps keep the office running smoothly, and ensures all client paperwork and processing is handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Responsible for maintaining client data and records in CRM and document management software; interacting with clients in person, by telephone and e-mail; work collaboratively with team members in an ensemble practice.

Qualifications include 1-3 years’ experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with a demonstrated ability to nurture and manage client relationships, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience, excellent written and verbal skills, proficiency in planning and investment software, and Office products.
