Office Manager

Responsible for overseeing daily office operations and delegating duties, maintaining software systems, creating, implementing and overseeing firm processes, managing vendor and outsource providers.

Qualifications include 3+ years’ experience in investment management and/or financial advisory services with a demonstrated ability to nurture and manage client relationships, Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, excellent written and verbal skills, proficiency in planning and investment software, and Office products. Paraplanner or CFP® designation preferred.
